At FIIT Nation we have a two part new member onboarding experience as well as a monthly one-on-one Coaching Session to ensure success in achieving your fitness goals.

A S.M.A.R.T. Start!

A one-on-one session with your Coach where all NEW Members and Trial members will learn the foundations of success to ensure you are equipped to achieve your fitness results.  We start with  body composition utilizing the state of the Art In-Body Test, a non-invasive body composition analysis that provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat and water.  This also helps our coaches to have accurate measurements each month to ensure all members are progressing according to your goals.

Next all New Members will work with a Coach to set individual goals based on what you would like to achieve and  begin the process of working with you on Nutrition to ensure you have balanced and intellectual approach to “eating towards your goals”.  This includes discussions around quantity, quality, meal timing, and dietary support.  The Smart Acronym Sums up the FIIT Nation “New Member Experience”, We want to help each New Member set Specific- Measurable – Attainable - Realistic -Timed goals and help you every day to achieve them.  Attendance will ensure you have all the tools you need to be successful in accomplishing your fitness goals.

FIIT Foundations

FIIT Foundation is the Second step in New Member Onboarding. This is a 60 minute Coach led class in a small group which will introduce all New Members to the FIIT Nation Studio.

You can expect to learn foundational movements and skills unique to functional training in a group setting. FIIT Foundations is class built to mimic our Group Classes but is slowed down to ensure each Member has a solid base.

Upon completion of FIIT Foundation class all New Members should feel the confidence in attending all  Future FIIT Nation Classes.

Helping you HIIT your goals!

At FIIT Nation we understand the importance of accountability, each member will receive a 30-minute Monthly Reprogram with a coach to review the monthly progress.

During this 30 minutes your coach will remeasure using the IN-BODY as well as take new circumference measurements to ensure you are on track with your goals.

The Coach will then make program Modifications and recommendations based on the past 30 day progress.
